Coaching Program I

In Program I, we meet weekly for three months for a total of 12 sessions to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. This program is designed for individuals with specific goals in mind. Unlimited email support, personalized resources, and 1:1 coaching.

  • Health coaching is a collaborative process that aims to support individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. We will identify areas for self-improvement, set realistic objectives, develop action plans, and provide ongoing motivation and accountability. We will empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to improved overall well-being. By addressing behavior change, goal setting, and education on nutrition and exercise, health coaching helps you take control of your health and cultivate habits that promote long-term success.

  • Listening to you is our top priority. We are here to help you navigate your health and wellness path with you in the driver seat. With that, I am certified in helping clients create healthier lifestyle habits, cooking at home / nutrition / diet, prioritize self-care, elevate physical fitness, manage your schedule and stress, improve your relationships, and help set and achieve goals.

  • Whole foods have the power to heal within and I believe changing your lifestyle to eating only whole foods can have the power to transform your life. With that, I focus on a bio-individual approach focusing on multidimensional health. Bio-individual meaning that each client will have their own personalized plan, goals, and action steps. I focus on multidimensional health: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing. We will take a look at each aspect of your life and look at ways we can improve them while incorporating whole foods into your lifestyle.

  • I am flexible with payment plans and currently offer any of the following: full installment by the first session, monthly installments of $250, or bi-weekly payments of $125 prior to sessions.

    Payment through Venmo, Zelle, or check.

  • I offer unlimited email support throughout your three or six month program with response time within 24 hours. I support your goals with personalized resources (i.e. grocery lists, nutritional support, movement ideas, how to read a food label, meal blueprints, etc.).

  • Once we decide on a bi-weekly meeting plan, we will video conference via Google Meet through invite.
